As we observe this season of Lent, let's gather together to sing the songs of our faith from the first part of the church year - Advent, Christmas, Epiphany and Lent. We will sing mostly familiar hymns, with a few surprises tossed in. We will start singing at 11:00 am on Monday, March 19th, with an optional lunch following at noon. Cost for lunch is $5. Sign up at the Info Center.

After you sign up you will be contacted by your host who will give you directions, the exact time and what you can contribute.

Join us this evening for dinner at 6pm, followed by our guest speaker, Ben Rosen, from Temple Beth Shalom. Ben will be speaking with us about the Jewish faith. We will dismiss at 7:30 pm. Friday, March 23 we will worship with our Jewish friends during the 7:30pmErev Shabbat service at Temple Beth Shalom. Families are welcome! Online Church Directory

Our church directory is available to view on online! Instant Church Directory, the program we use to build our church directory, has a free website for church members to use. Just go to to log in. You will be asked to enter in your email address as it's listed in our directory. If your email address isn't listed in the directory, let Courtney in the office know so it can be added. The first time, click on the “Create a login now” under the Sign In button. Enter your email address and set up a     password to be sent an email confirmation. Click on the link inside that email to confirm your email and log in with the password you just created.

There is also a free app you can download on your Apple, Android and Kindle Fire devices. Follow the directions on screen to complete the login process. After you login, the directory will be downloaded to your device. Anytime   updates are made, they will update on your device too. In the app you will be able to search for members and call, email and text right from the app.

Palm Sunday

Join us March 25th as we celebrate Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem!

The children are practicing a song during the beginning of their Sunday School classes that they will be singing during the services on Palm Sunday. Please make sure your child is in Sunday School on time especially the next couple weeks in order for them to learn the song. The older youth will be helping with the scripture reading.

Maundy Thursday Service

Come at 7pmMarch 29th as we remember those last days of Jesus’ life.

Good Friday Labyrinth Prayer Walk

On Friday, March 30th you will have any opportunity to participate in a         Labyrinth Prayer Walk at Mifflin. You may arrive any time between 11am and 1pm, or from 5pm to 7pm. You will be walking a labyrinth that will be set up in the Fellowship Hall. A labyrinth in not a maze – there is a definite path to   follow, allowing time for reflection without worrying where you are going. You will walk at your own pace, but it typically takes 15-20 minutes for the entire process and is appropriate for elementary children through adults.

Easter Party

On Saturday, March 31st we will have our annual Easter Party – so much more than an egg hunt! We will have crafts, coffee for the parents, games, and the 8th Day Puppets will be performing! Be sure and join us from 10:00 – 11:30 am for a great time – children AND their parents or grandparents     welcome - and don’t forget to bring the Easter baskets for those eggs. We are not collecting candy this year, but if you would like to donate toward this   party there is a donation box at the Info Center. Suggestions include large plastic eggs, small toys, bubbles, or erasers that are small enough to fit into a plastic egg. Contact Julie Oswalt with any questions.

Easter Sunday

April 1st, join your church family in celebrating Jesus’ resurrection! Worship will be at regular times. Please join us at 10am in Fellowship Hall where the Deacons will be providing breakfast! If you would like to help with the set up,

cooking, or clean up, they would welcome your help, just let them know.

One Great Hour of Sharing

On Easter we will be collecting the One Great Hour of Sharing Offering, which enables the church to share God’s love with our neighbors-in-need around the world by providing relief to those affected by natural disasters, provide food to the hungry, and helping to empower the poor and oppressed. This is one of four special offerings through the Presbyterian Church (USA).
