Reminder for Children: Elementary Students and Younger
As school-age children, you will remain in worship with your family and friends following the Children’s Sermon. Don’t forget to pick up a Children’s Bulletin or Worship Folder for your use during the service. Our nursery is available only to infants and preschoolers; older siblings of these children are expected to remain in worship. Thank you. |

Children’s Worship Folders
Children are welcome to use the worship folders found inside the west sanctuary door and in the narthex. Worship folders include biblically based coloring and puzzle pages, and crayons. You may take with you all sheets or coloring pages that you have used. Please return the plastic folder and crayon pouch to the bins where you found them.

Baptism
We recently added a new element to our celebration of Baptism. Cards will be made available for each of us to write a note to the newly baptized. These cards will be given to the baptized member or the parents to be read at a time of their choosing. These cards will be distributed during the 9:00 AM service. If you worship at 8 or 11, there is a table in the Gathering Area where you can find these cards to write a note. These notes are intended to be a way that we, the family of God, help the baptized to remember their baptism. The notes will also be a great way for us to begin living into our promise to nurture the newly baptized in faith.

Entertainment Books for GRIN
GRIN is having its annual fundraiser selling Entertainment Books. The Columbus area book is $30, $5 less than the online price. A representative will be in the Gathering Area on occasional Sundays, or contact Nancy Nungesser. Thanks. |

Collecting Pull Tabs
Megan Komjati is asking you to save the metal tabs from cans of pop, vegetables, soup, etc and put them in the box near the Info Center. Megan’s soccer team will be donating them to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Thanks!! |

Bags for Food
A new way to feed the homeless...please consider donating your grocery bags/”take out” food containers to those in need. The Service Cornerstone and the Lower Lights Mission Team recently learned that those seeking food at the Holy Family Church Soup Kitchen may take extra food with them if they have a bag/container. Please bring in your extra plastic bags and cleaned take out containers for this cause. A collection box marked “Bags for Food” will be in the Gathering Area. Thanks in advance for your help in feeding the needy!

We are accepting applications for this position. Work hours are 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM every Sunday and extra hours as needed. Position requires First Aid/CPR certification, completion of the Youth Worker Safety Training, and background check. |

Sanctuary
In order to set aside the Sanctuary as special for the purpose of praising God, the Session encourages our members and visitors to refrain from bringing “refreshments” into the Sanctuary during worship. If it is necessary for you to have water for a particular reason, this is not a problem. It is also fine for babies and toddlers to have bottles, sippie cups and finger snacks as needed. However, we feel that coffee, hot chocolate, etc. should be enjoyed in Fellowship Hall before or after the worship service. Thank you for your understanding. |

2012 Flower Chart
